Anotace Předmětem mojí Bakalářské práce "Koncentrace obchodních center v České republice" je analýza vývoje koncentrace nákupních center v České republice od roku 1989 až do současnosti s výhledem do budoucnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem, definicí a klasifikací maloobchodu a stávajících nákupních center a provedení analýzy. Druhá praktická část práce je zaměřena na budoucnost a možnost vzniku nových nákupních center v České republice. Annotation: Bachelor theses analyses and describes the development of concentration of shopping centres in the Czech Republic from 1989 until the present and answer the questions of further development. The theoretical part shows development, definitions and classifications of existing shopping centres. The practical part is aimed on the possibility to build new shopping centres in the Czech Republic.
