Práce se věnuje problematice obchodování na internetu z hlediska legálních a nelegálních metod konkurenčního boje. První tři kapitoly práce se věnují teorii obchodování na internetu, možnostem pořízení internetového obchodu a legálním způsobům propagace těchto obchodů na internetu -- online reklamě. Druhá část se věnuje metodám provádění nekalého konkurenčního boje a typologii obchodů, které jsou těmito metodami nejvíce ohroženy. Závěrečná kapitola potom analyzuje prostředky, kterými se lze proti těmto nekalým metodám bránit, a to jak z perspektivy provozovatele internetového obchodu, tak z pohledu zákazníků těchto obchodů. This thesis deals with issues of internet trading in terms of legal and illegal methods of competition. The first three chapters are dedicated to the theoretical part of online shopping, to the ways of establishing an online store and to legal ways of promoting these stores on the internet - online advertising. The second part describes methods of unfair competition and the typology of stores that are most vulnerable to these methods.The final chapter then analyzes the means by which it is possible to prevent these unfair methods, both from the perspective of online store operators and their customers.
