Diplomová práce se zabývá místními poplatky a daní z nemovitostí ve městě Kamenice nad Lipou. V první, teoretické části práce je popsána současná legislativní úprava místních poplatků a daně z nemovitostí v České republice. Dále se věnuji situaci v konkrétní obci. V této praktické části analyzuji vývoj jednotlivých poplatků a daně z nemovitostí v období 2005 - 2011 a poté predikuji vývoj v roce 2012. This thesis deals with local fees and real estate taxes in the town of Kamenice nad Lipou. The first, theoretic part of thesis describes present legislative adjustments of local fees and taxation of real estate in the Czech Republic. After it given to the situation in the specific town. In this practical part analyzes the development of the individual fees and real estate taxes in the period between 2005 and 2011 and then the predication of development in 2012.
