Cílem této diplomové práce je nastínit rozhodovací proces v malém a středním podnikání týkající se investice do automatizovaného řešení balení za pomocí metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Snahou také je upozornit na některé kritické body, ve kterých by mohlo dojít k chybě v rozhodování. Rozhodování o investici je ukázáno na posouzení variant automatizace balení od společnosti Savoye, kterou v České republice zastupuje společnost Logtech, a konkurenčních řešení od společností Lantech a NeoPack Solutions, zastoupenou e3neo. The aim of this master thesis is to outline the decision-making process in small and medium-sized businesses for investment in automated packaging solutions using multi-criteria decision making method. The effort will also highlight some critical points, which could cause an error in decision making. Investment decision will be shown on the assessment of alternatives of automated packaging from Savoy, which is represented by the company Logtech in the Czech Republic, and comparing to competitive solutions from Lantech Solutions and NeoPack Solutions, represented by company e3neo.
