Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá změnami v nemocenském pojištění, kterými v letech 2008 a 2009 prošlo. V teoretické části popisuje vývoj nemocenského pojištění, jeho zařazení do systému sociálního zabezpečení a jednotlivé změny z hlediska motivačního selhání obyvatel. Analytická část je zaměřena na výpočet výše dávek dle příjmových skupin obyvatel a délky pracovní neschopnosti. Cílem je zhodnotit dopady jednotlivých změn. The bachelor thesis is concerned with the changes in the sickness insurance, which were enacted in 2008 and 2009. The theoretical part describe the progress in sickness insurance, its submission in the system of social security of the Czech Republic and individual changes in light of motivation failure of persons. The analytical part looks about calculation of level of particular benefits according to the income brackets and short-run and long-run sickness leave. The goal of the thesis is the analysis of particular changes.
