Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá věrnostními programy, zdůrazňuje jejich důležitost, výhody a popisuje, jakou formu mohou mít. V teoretické části je uvedeno jejich zařazení v rámci marketingového mixu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na věrnostní programy, které jsou určené dětem. Jsou zde uvedeny konkrétní příklady věrnostních programů. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak moc jsou jimi děti ovlivněné a jak o nich získávají informace. To je zkoumáno pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnily děti základní školy. V závěru jsou shrnuty podstatné informace a získané výsledky. The loyalty programs are objection of this bachelor thesis. It emphasizes their importance, advantages and describes under what possible form they can appear. In the theoretical part there is introduced their placement in marketing mix. The practical part is focused on loyalty programs which are determined to children. There are also specific examples of loyalty programs. The aim of this thesis is to determine how much are children affected by them and how they gain information about them. This is examined by a questionnaire that was administered to children attending a primary school. In the conclusion there is summarized substantial information and gained results
