Práce se nejprve zaměří na teoretické vymezení pojmu "nákupní atmosféra" a definici prvků jí tvořících. Poté bude pokračovat vymezením sezónnosti. Teoretická část pak bude sloužit jako podklad pro konkrétní posouzení a ohodnocení nákupní atmosféry v hypermarketových prodejnách Tesco a Globus. Poté budou obě dvě prodejny srovnány a případně jim bude doporučeno, co by měly zlepšit. Na hodnocení a doporučení budou reagovat odpovědní pracovníci prodejen. This paper will first focus on the theoretical definition of the term "atmospherics" and its elements. This will continue with the definition of seasonal influences. These parts will then serve as basis for concrete evaluation of atmospherics in hypermarket retail units Tesco and Globus. After that, the two units will be compared and contrasted and eventual suggestions for improvement will be offered. Responsible employees of the two units will then react to the evaluations and suggestions.
