Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat podnikatelské prostředí Rakouska, přiblížit ekonomickou a politickou situaci země, dále analyzovat obchodní jednání s rakouskými partnery a poukázat na kulturní odlišnosti, na které může podnikatelský subjekt narazit. Práce je tematicky rozdělena do pěti částí. První část mé práce poskytuje obecnou charakteristiku země a její stručnou historii, která měla vliv na vznik vazeb se zahraničními obchodními partnery. Druhá část práce se týká podnikatelského prostředí se zaměřením na politické, ekonomické, sociálně-kulturní a technologické prostředí. Třetí část se zabývá kulturními zvláštnostmi, rovněž jsou zde zahrnuty informace o kulturních dimenzích a zvycích. Čtvrtá část bakalářské práce pojednává o obchodní etiketě a zvláštnostech a podává informace o zvyklostech v obchodním jednání v Rakousku. Poslední část této práce zobrazuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření a obsahuje také případovou studii. The aim of my thesis is to analyze the business environment of Austria, describe economic and political situation of the country, as well as analyze appropriate business behavior while dealing with Austrian partners and to point out cultural differences, which may come across a business entity. The work is thematically divided into five parts. The first part of my work provides a general description of the country and its brief history, which influenced the formation of links to foreign business partners. The second part relates to the business environment, focusing on political, economic, socio-cultural and technological environment. The third part deals with the cultural specifics while focusing on information about cultural dimensions and customs. The fourth part concerns the business etiquette and traits and provides information about specifics of business negotiations in Austria. The last part of this work shows the results of the survey and also includes a case study.
