V tejto bakalárskej práci je rozoberaný vzťah medzi EÚ a Nórskom. Na základe historických faktov a snáh o integráciu v minulosti je načrtnutý súčasný stav ako z pozície Nórska , tak aj z pozície EÚ. Existuje množstvo historických, geopolitických, ekonomických, geografických a politických aspektov, ktoré vedú Nórsko k tomu, aby sa od EÚ držalo ďalej. Napriek skutočnosti, že Nórsko nie je členom EÚ, členstvo v EHP, v Schengenskom priestore a v NATO dáva Nórsku veľa možností ako využívať výhody týchto medzinárodných spolkov. Okrem modelu štátu blahobytu je nórska ekonomika natoľko rozvinutá a prosperujúca aj vďaka rope, zemnému plynu a rybolovu. V súčasnej dobe existuje viac nevýhod ako výhod pre vstup Nórska do EÚ. V této bakalářské práci je rozebírán vztah mezi EU a Norskem. Na základě historických faktů a snah o integraci v minulosti je načrtnutý současný stav jak z pozice Norska, tak i z pozice EU. Existuje množství historických, geopolitických, ekonomických, geografických a politických aspektů, které vedou Norsko k tomu, aby se od EU drželo dál. Navzdory skutečnosti, že Norsko není členem EU, členství v EHP, v Schengenském prostoru a v NATO dává Norsku mnoho možností jak využívat výhod těchto mezinárodních spolků. Kromě modelu státu blahobytu je norská ekonomika natolik rozvinutá a prosperující taky díky ropě, zemnímu plynu a rybolovu. V současné době existuje více nevýhod jako výhod pro vstup Norska do EU. In this bachelor thesis, there is analysed the relationship between the EU and Norway. The actual situation is outlined from the position of Norway and also from the position of the EU on the basis of the historical facts and pursuit of integration in the past. There are many historical, geopolitical, economical, geographical and political aspects, which influence Norway to stay away from EU. Despite of the fact, Norway is a non-member of the EU, the membership in the EEA, in the Schengen area and in the NATO gives Norway many possibilities to derive benefits from these international institutions. Except the model of the welfare state, the economy of Norway is so developed and prosperous thanks also to oil, gas and fisheries. Today, there are more disadvantages than advantages for Norway to become a member state of the EU.
