Diplomová práce se zabývá diagnostikou organizační kultury ve společnosti ATRIUM, s. r. o., jejím typem, silou a jejími prvky. V teoretické části jsou obecně přiblíženy základní pojmy, předpoklady a charakteristiky organizačních kultur. Následně je v praktické části aplikován model k diagnostikování organizační kultury společnosti ATRIUM, s. r. o., který z těchto teoretických poznatků vychází. The thesis deals with diagnosis of the organizational culture of ATRIUM, s. r. o. its type, strenghts and components. Basic terms, assumptions and characteristics of organizational cultures are widely explained in the theoretical part of the thesis. Subsequently in the practical part is the diagnose model, based on the theoretical knowledge, applied on the organizational culture of ATRIUM, s. r. o..
