Předkládaná diplomová práce představuje řízení proti členským státům pro porušení povinností vyplývajících z práva Evropské unie jako jeden typ řízení před Soudním dvorem Evropské unie. Konkrétně se zabývá řízeními vedenými proti České republice. Práce podrobně analyzuje řízení proti členským státům obecně, včetně všech podmínek a náležitostí, které ve své judikatuře postupně rozvinul Soudní dvůr, a následně analyzuje konkrétní případy žalob podaných proti České republice. This thesis presents the infringement procedures against Member States of the EU held before the Court of Justice of the EU. Particularly, it focuses on proceedings against the Czech Republic. The thesis analyses in detail the infringement procedure as such, including all conditions and requirements developed in case-law of the Court of Justice. Then it analyses concrete cases of actions brought against the Czech Republic.
