Práce se zabývá fenoménem tzv. nespolupracujícího pacienta, tedy pacienta, který nespolupracuje s lékařem při nařízené léčbě, nedodržuje doporučení lékařem vydaná, zatajuje informace o svém zdravotním stavu apod. V práci je tento fenomén vymezen a jsou uvedeny jeho právní aspekty, zejména odpovědnostního rázu. Práce vychází z několika východisek -- především z toho, že fenomén nespolupracujícího pacienta má nezanedbatelné ekonomické pozadí a existuje a projevuje se v ekonomickém prostředí. Vzhledem k tomu, že podstata nespolupracujícího pacienta tkví v nedostatku součinnosti při poskytování zdravotní péče, resp. zdravotních služeb, věnuje se další část práce právě přehledu nejvýznamnějších práv, ale také povinností pacienta, které mají souvztažnost k tématu bakalářské práce. Nosná část práce se potom věnuje některým platným institutům, které by měly napomáhat vztahu mezi pacientem a lékařem ovlivnit pacientovo chování a přístup k léčbě a tedy napomáhat ke snížení nespolupráce pacienta. The thesis refers about the phenomenon of uncooperative patient - with doctor if the treatment is commanded, if the patient does not follow the recommendations from doctor, conceals health information, etc. This phenomenon is defined in thesis and its juristic aspects are listed (mainly complexion of responsibility). The thesis is based on several aspects - especially the phenomenon of uncooperativ patient has significant economic consequences. Due to principle of uncooperative patient is about the lack of cooperation providing health care or health services the most important rights (laws) and obligations are included. Main part of the thesis deals with valid institutes, which affect relationship between patient and doctor, patient's behavior and attitude to treatment. These all aspects help to reduce of non-cooperation of patient.
