Tématem mé diplomové práce jsou Biopotravinami a jejich postavení v současném retailingu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám teorií biopotravin a jejich postavení na trhu. Analyzuji také problémy ekologického hospodářství v České republice, stejně tak i legislativní rámec. Praktická část popisuje biopotraviny v Intersparu, a také jeho vlastní značku SPAR Natur*pur. V této společnosti jsem provedla také průzkum pomocí dotazníku, na který zodpovídali zákazníci Intersparu otázky týkající se biopotravin a jejich postavení v České republice. Výsledky jsem prezentovala pomocí grafů s komentáři. The topic of my diploma thesis is Bioproducts and their position in the present retailing. The thesis is divided in two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part deals with the theory of bioproducts and their market position. It analyses ecology-agriculture tasks in Czech Republic as well as the legislation in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes bioproducts in Interspar and its own brand SPAR Natur*pur. In Interspar I did my research using questionnaires that were filled in by costumers of Interspar. These costumers answered questions about bioproducts and their market position in the Czech Republic. The results are presented in graphs and with a comment.
