Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem PPP (Public-Private-Partnerships), což je partnerství veřejného a soukromého sektoru, a jeho možným využitím v dopravní politice Evropské unie. Cílem je zjistit, jestli je tento typ partnerství podporován ze strany Unie a jaké jsou výhody partnerství při využití v dopravě. Práce se nejprve zabývá samotným výkladem pojmu PPP, kde je zmíněno několik důležitých pojmů a charakteristik partnerství. V druhé části jsou charakterizovány hlavní principy a cíle dopravní politiky. Na konci práce je rozebráno 5 příkladů projektů realizovaných formou PPP a jejich zhodnocení (konkrétně zpoplatněný vjezd do centra Londýna, část irské dálnice E01, most Vasca da Gamy, Öresundský most a polská dálnice A1). Některé projekty a jejich realizace můžou být inspirací pro podobné projekty. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of PPP (Public-Private-Partnerships), which is a partnership of public and private sector, and its potentional use in the transport policy in the European Union. The aim of this study is to determine whether this type of partnership is supported by the Union and what the advantages of using partnership in transportation are. First of all, the thesis focuses on the main interpretation of the PPP. Several important terms and characteristics are mentioned in this part. The main principles and objectives are characterised in the second part. At the end of this study, there are 5 projects implemented through PPP which are analysed and there is also their appraisal (specially the London Congestion Charge, part of the motorway E01 in Ireland, Vasco da Gama Bridge, Öresund Bridge and the motorway A1 in Poland). Some of these projects and their implementation may be inspirational for similiar projects.
