Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právní úpravu zasílatelské smlouvy. Cílem této diplomové práce je - na základě rozboru současné české právní úpravy zasílatelské smlouvy se zaměřením na problematické otázky a jejich řešení v judikatuře českých soudů a na základě komparativního srovnání právních úprav v zahraniční - zodpovědět otázku, zda plánovaná právní úprava v rámci nového občanského zákoníku splňuje nároky na moderní legislativu zohledňující jak potřeby zasílatelů v právní praxi, tak i mezinárodní vývoj v oblasti unifikace a harmonizace této problematiky The thesis focuses on the Czech regulation of forwarding contract. The aim of this thesis is to answer the question whether planned legislation in The New Czech Civil Code is type of modern legislation, which takes into account the needs of freight forwarders and international developments in the unification and harmonization of forwarding contract. The answer is based on analysis of the current legislation of forwarding contract, jurisprudence and comparison with regulation abroad.
