Ťažiskom mojej práce je predstaviť vývoj ,fungovanie a reálny vplyv kľúčových ratingových agentúr na svetovú ekonomiku a vývoj svetovej finančnej krízy. Snažím sa o popísanie a analýzu role ratingových agentúr s dôrazom na definíciu ich skutočnej úlohy, postavenia a opodstatnenia v dnešnej dobe, ako aj stručnú analýzu rizík, ktorými mohli prispieť k vzniku svetovej ekonomickej krízy. Těžištěm mojí práce je představit vývoj, fungování a reálný vliv klíčových ratingových agentur na světovou ekonomiku a vývoj světové finanční krize. Snažím se o popis a analýzu role ratingových agentur s důrazem na definici jejich skutečné úlohy, postavení a opodstatnění v dnešní době, jakožto stručnou analýzu rizik, kterými mohly přispět ke vzniku světové ekonomické krize. The focus of my work is to present the development and functioning of the real impact of key rating agencies in the world economy and developments in the global financial crisis. Trying to describe and analyze the role of rating agencies with emphasis on the definition of their actual role, status and justification nowadays, as well as a brief analysis of the risks that may have contributed to the emergence of the global economic crisis.
