Bakalářská práce se věnuje systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé části: identifikace potřeb vzdělávání, plánování, realizace a následné hodnocení vzdělávacích aktivit. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou všech částí vzdělávání v konkrétní organizaci. Cílem práce je zhodnotit systém vzdělávání a zjistit vnímání uživatelů konkrétně vybraných kurzů, které patří do programu firemního manažerského a odborného vzdělávání. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou navrhnuty návrhy na zlepšení systému vzdělávání. This thesis deals with the corporate education system. The thesis is divided into two parts on the theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on different parts: the identification of training needs, planning, implementation and subsequent evaluation of educational activities. The practical part deals with the analysis of education in all parts of a particular organization. The aim is to evaluate the education system and specifically to determine the perception of users of selected courses that belong to the corporate management and training. Based on the analysis of the proposals are designed to improve the education system.
