Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců jako jednou z nejvýznamnějších personálních činností, a to prostřednictvím analýzy systému vzdělávání a rozvoje ve společnosti RABAT ČR, a.s. Cílem práce je prozkoumat situaci vzdělávání ve společnosti RABAT ČR, a.s., dříve a nyní a na základě zjištěných informací vyhodnotit současnou situaci a navrhnout zlepšení vzdělávacího systému a rozvoje zaměstnanců společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy, jako jsou vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců a zabývá se rovněž problematikou využívání dotací na vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců. Praktická část analyzuje dosavadní systém vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve společnost RABAT ČR, a.s. Na hodnocení dosavadního systému navazují návrhy na zlepšení, které vyplývají ze studia interních materiálů, rozhovorů a teoretických východisek. This thesis deal with employee education and development as one of the most important HR activities in recent years through the analysis of the education and development system in the company RABAT ČR, a.s. This aim is to examine the situation of education in the company RABAT ČR, a.s., as before, and now and on the basis of the information collected to assess the current situation and propose improvements to the education system and development of employees. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts such as employee education and development and also deals with the issue of grants for employee training and development. The practical part analyzes the current system of employee education and development in the company RABAT ČR, a.s. The evaluation of the current system is followed by suggestions for improvement arising from the study of internal documents, interviews and theoretical grounds.
