Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezit cestovní ruch orientovaný na ženy a popsat nabídku a poptávku, která se v jeho rámci vyskytuje na českém trhu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část definuje cestovní ruch orientovaný na ženy a vymezuje jeho nejčastější formy, popisuje ženy jako segment trhu cestovního ruchu a determinuje jeho význam v České republice na základě demografického složení společnosti. Analytická část potom popisuje nabídku produktů a služeb orientovaných na ženy na českém trhu cestovního ruchu a analyzuje poptávku po nich. Na závěr je určeno, zda je nabídka dostačující a zda poptávce odpovídá. The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to define the tourism focused on women and describe the offer and the demand within this type of tourism on the czech market. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and an analytical part. The theoretical part defines the tourism focused on women and its most frequent forms, describes women as a segment of the tourism market and demonstrates its importance in the Czech Republic based on demographic composition of society. The analytical part describes the offer of products and services oriented on women on the tourism market in the Czech Republic and analyzes the demand for these products and services. Finally, it is determined whether the offer corresponds to this demand and whether the offer is sufficient.
