[slo][cze][eng] Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zmenou kompetencií a vzájomných vzťahov medzi inštitúciami Európskej únie. V prvej časti je načrtnutý historický vývin Európskeho parlamentu, Rady Európskej únie a Európskej komisie na pozadí významných európskych dokumentov a zmlúv a definuje ich predchodcov. Nasledujúca časť sa zameriava na Lisabonskú zmluvu, zaoberá sa reformami, ktoré priniesla do inštitucionálneho rámca a detailnejšie sa zaoberá fungovaním a charakteristikou spomenutých orgánov. Tretia časť zachytáva spoluprácu Parlamentu, Rady a Komisie v praxi na príklade rozpočtového procesu.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá změnou kompetencí a vzájemných vztahů mezi institucemi Evropské unie. V první části je nastíněn historický vývoj Evropského parlamentu, Rady Evropské unie a Evropské komise na pozadí významných evropských dokumentů a smluv a definuje jejich předchůdce. Následující část se zaměřuje na Lisabonskou smlouvu, zabývá se reformami, které přinesla do institucionálního rámce a detailněji se zabývá fungováním a charakteristikou zmíněných orgánů. Třetí část zachytává spolupráci Parlamentu, Rady a Komise v praxi na příkladu rozpočtového procesu.This thesis focuses on the competencies and relations between the EU institutions. The first part outlines the historical development of the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission on the background of important documents and treaties defining their predecessors. The next section focuses on the Lisbon Treaty dealing with reforms introduced into the institucional framework and covers in detail the operation and characteristics of the institutions. The third part describes the cooperation of Parliament, Council and Commission in practice giving the example of budget process.
