Das Hauptziel dieser Arbeit ist ein Vergleich der Arbeitseffektivität nach der Organisationsänderung von den individuellen Produktion auf den einzelnen Arbeitstischen zu einer Linienfertigung in der Kabelfertigung bei der Firma Rohde & Schwarz závod Vimperk, s.r.o. A main Target of this bachelor work is describe, to what changeovers in produce efficiency come to, after producing organizations turnover from individual manufacturing on a separate work tables to line flow manufacturing, in choice company. Cílem práce je popsat, k jakým změnám v efektivitě práce došlo ve vybrané firmě po přechodu od individuální produkce na jednotlivých stolech k linkové výrobě
