Teoretická část diplomové práce je věnována aktuálnímu vymezení pojmů technická gramotnost a technické myšlení, problematice technické výchovy a jejím významem ve vzdělávacím procesu, obsahem technického vzdělávání na prvním stupni ZŠ a strategiemi určených k posílení technické gramotnosti a technického myšlení. V praktické části je vypracován soubor pracovních námětů pro rozvoj technické gramotnosti a myšlení, určený pro žáky prvního stupně ZŠ. Závěr praktické části je věnován orientačnímu ověřování vybraných námětů na prvním stupni ZŠ. A theoretical part of the presented diploma thesis is dedicated to the following topics: current definition of terms of technical literacy and technical thinking, technical education and its importance in the educational process, content of technical education in primary schools and strategies for improving technical literacy and technical thinking. A practical part of the thesis contains a set of proposals for the development of technical literacy and technical thinking developed for the primary schools. Final section of the practical part of the thesis aims to evaluate selected proposals in an elementary school.
