Bakalářská práce ?Informovanost pedagogů mateřské školy o rodině dítěte z pohledu rodiny? se zabývá oblastí komunikace mezi rodinou a školou. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy vztahující se k rodině a jejím funkcím, osobnosti pedagoga mateřské školy, odborné kvalifikaci a kompetencím pedagoga mateřské školy, funkcím mateřské školy, druhům sociální komunikace a průběhu komunikace mezi rodinou a mateřskou školou. V praktické části jsou interpretovány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu. Bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření a respondenty byli rodiče dětí navštěvujících některou z vybraných mateřských škol ve znojemském a třebíčském regionu. Výzkumný problém byl definován takto: ?Do jaké míry má být pedagog mateřské školy informován o rodině dítěte, a to z pohledu rodičů dítěte?? Otázky kvantitativního šetření tedy směřovaly především k tomu, co je z pohledu rodičů důležité, aby pedagogové v mateřské škole věděli o rodině dítěte. Dále se vztahovaly ke způsobu komunikace mezi rodiči a mateřskou školou. The bachelor thesis ?Kindergarten teachers' awareness of the child's family from the perspective of the family? deals with the subject of communication between family and kindergarten. The theoretical section of the thesis defines basic concepts related to the family and it's purpose, the personality of the kindergarten teacher, teacher's qualifications and competencies, kindergarten purpose, different kinds of social communication and a course of communication between family and kindergarten. The practical section presents the results of the quantitative research. The participants of the conducted survey were parents of children that attend selected kindergartens in Třebíč and Znojmo regions. Research problem was specified as ?To what extent should be the kindergarten teacher informed about the family of the child, from the perspective of the child's parents?. The survey was focused mainly on what is important, from the parents' perspective, for kindergarten teachers to know about the family, and suitable communication methods.
