Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou pedagogové v mateřských školách informováni o rodině dítěte, co je pro pedagogy v dnešní době nejdůležitější, aby o rodině dítěte věděli. Dále se věnuje vzájemné komunikaci, prostředkům, které pedagogové používají pro zjištění těchto informací. Současně je nastolena otázka míry informovanosti v souvislosti se zasahováním do soukromí rodiny. Bakalářská práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblast rodiny, její funkce, rozlišení rodiny úplné a neúplné. Dále se zabývá osobností pedagoga, jeho kvalitami, rysy osobnosti a temperamentem. Je zde také zpracováno téma komunikace, její funkce a využití. V závěru teoretické části pak oblast vzájemné spolupráce. Praktická část přináší výsledky kvalitativního šetření, kdy byla zjišťována informovanost pedagogů mateřské školy o rodině. Výzkum probíhal formou rozhovoru s deseti učitelkami mateřských škol. Výsledky mimo jiné ilustrují vztah pedagogů a rodiny, preferenci informací o zdravotním stavu dítěte. Přínosem bakalářské práce jsou právě prezentované výsledky vztahující se k informovanosti o rodině dítěte navštěvující mateřskou školu, a to z pohledu pedagogů. Tato otázka byla nastolena z důvodu demografických změn, mezi něž patří vysoká rozvodovost, nárůst nesezdaných párů vychovávajících děti i rozšíření jiných forem soužití. Rodina má bezesporu velký vliv na dítě a učitelé by měli být do jisté míry o této oblasti informováni. Bakalářská práce ilustruje pohled na tuto problematiku jedné ze zúčastněných stran. The aim of this work is to find out how the teachers in kindergartens are informed about a child´d family. I wanted to discover which information are nowadays for teachers the most important. This work describes methods of communication between schools and families and ways that teachers use to detect the information. Simultaneously I ask if there is not violated the privacy of these families. The bachelor work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical one is focused on the rules of a family and wants to draw a line between a complete and one-parent family. The work concerns of the teacher´s personality, his/her qualities, character and temperament. The topic of communication, its functions and application is also elaborated here. The practical part brings the result of the qualitative research, where the teacher´s information about families was found out. My survey was realized as an interview with ten teachers and the result can illustrate, by the way, the relationships between teachers and families and a preference of information about child´s health. As the benefits of this work there are presented teachers´ results which relate to information about child´s family. This problem is solved here because of demographic changes (divorce rate, unmarried couples, etc.) The family has undoubtedly great influence on a child and teachers should be informed about it. These problems are described in this work from one point of view.
