Tématem bakalářské práce je přiblížit čtenáři fungování systému zdravotního pojištění v Irsku. Vysvětlit jeho základní charakteristiky a odlišnosti. Největší pozornost je upřena na součinnost dvou složek tohoto systému. Veřejnou část pojištění placenou z veřejných rozpočtů a část privátní, kterou platí část populace dobrovolně. Cílem práce je posoudit, zda tento systém funguje úspěšně, a zda by bylo pro Českou republiku výhodné čerpat z něj poznatky pro budoucí reformy. The theme of this work is to introduce the topic of health insurance in Ireland. To explain it's characteristics and differences. Main focus is dedicated to cooperation of public health care and private health care. Aim of this work is to evaluate, wheather these two parts of the system cooperate succesfully and wheather it could bring any knowledge for future reforms in Czech republic.
