Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem morálky a etiky a to zejména v oblasti podnikání. Teoretická část popisuje způsoby a nástroje integrace etiky do podnikání. Analytická část se skládá ze tří dílčích částí. První část je věnována hodnocení českého podnikatelského prostředí z etického hlediska. V druhé části autorka popisuje výsledky svého průzkumu, který je zaměřen především na problematiku etických kodexů. Závěrečná část práce se soustředí na popis podnikatelských praktik malé firmy a na analýzu jejích stakeholderů. The thesis deals with theme of morality and ethics, especially in business area. Theoretical part describes methods and instruments of integration of ethics into business. Practical part consists of three parts. First part is focused on evaluation of Czech business environment from ethical point of view. In second part author describes results of her survey, which examines primarily ethics code issues. Final part is concentrated on description of small company's business practices and on stakeholder analysis.
