Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění základních motivačních faktorů zaměstnanců organizace.Cílem práce je doporučit zlepšující návrhy pro oblasti pracovní motivace organizace, kde výsledky výzkumu prokázaly nespokojenost se stávajícím stavem. The thesis focuses on the findings fundamental motivational factors. The objective of the work is to recommend improving proposals for the working motivation organisation, where the results of research has shown dissatisfaction with the status quo.
