Tato diplomová práce zkoumá ocenění škod podle zákona č. 221/2006 Sb. V práci jsou popsány průmyslová práva, u kterých se škody vymáhají podle zákona č. 221/2006 Sb. Je provedena analýza zákonů a judikátů u jednotlivých právních titulů, které se týkají vymáhání škod, a analýza zákona č. 221/2006 Sb. V práci je rozebírán postup, důležité problémy a aspekty, které se týkají jednotlivých způsobů oceňování škod. Na závěr je na studii hypotetického případu ukázáno principiální řešení problémů souvisejících s oceněním škod. This diploma thesis examines evaluation of damages according to the law Nr. 221/2006. Industrial rights, whose damages are enforced according to the law Nr. 221/2006, are described. Analysis of laws and judicial decisions in relation to the enforcement of damages and analysis of the law Nr. 221/2006 are made. The thesis examines sequences, important problems and aspects in relation to each method of the evaluation of damages. At the end of the thesis a study of a hypotetical case is carried out to show basic solutions of problems with the evaluation of damages.
