Bakalářská práce popisuje vývoj právní úpravy pojištění a pojišťovnictví. Zabývá se vývojem právní úpravy na našem území od úplných počátků až do současnosti.Je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se věnuje vývoji pojišťovnictví, druhá vývoji právní úpravy pojistné smlouvy a třetí povinnému pojištění odpovědnosti. Je popsána i současná právní úprava. The bachelor thesis is a discussion of the development of the inland legislation system of insurance and insurance. It deals with the development of insurance in our country from the beginning till today. The thesis consists of 3 main parts. The first part of this work documents the development of system of insurance, the second the development of insurance and the third liability insurance.
