Ve své práci jsem se zabývala ukončením daňové evidence a založením společnosti s ručením omezeným. Provedla jsem základní charakteristiku daňové evidence a popsala průběh ukončení vedení daňové evidence. Dále jsem se věnovala společnosti s ručením omezeným, její charakteristice, postupu od založení ke vzniku, uvedla jsem její výhody a nevýhody, povinnosti společnosti jako účetní jednotky a objasnila možné vztahy mezi společností a společníkem. Další kapitolu jsem věnovala zahájení účetnictví a účtování na konci účetního období, včetně rozdělení zisku a výplatě podílů na zisku. V poslední části jsem na praktickém příkladě ukázala postup ukončení daňové evidence fiktivní firmy a založení společnosti s ručením omezeným jednou osobou. Zjistila jsem časovou a finanční náročnost založení. In my bachelor work I dealt with closure of the trade business and limited company floatation. First I characterized tax accounts and described duties arising from stopping the trading. Than I defined limited company, process of foundation, its conveniences and disadvantages. I distinguished interrelations between the company and partner. In next chapter I attended to accounting, especially to bookkeeping start and to operations at the end of accounting period. In my practical example I discontinued trade business and floated the limited company analyzing the related time and financial demands.
