Bakalářská práce se zabývá fundamentální a technickou analýzou akcie Komerční banka. Po úvodu se nejprve věnuji fundamentální analýze, konkrétně globální fundamentální analýze, odvětvové fundamentální analýze a firemní fundamentální analýze, kde aplikuji několik modelů pro určení vnitřní hodnoty akcie Komerční banka. V druhé části této bakalářské práce se zabývám technickou analýzou akcie Komerční banka, kde se postupně věnuji grafickým zobrazením, grafickým formacím a technickým indikátorům, pro určení vhodné doby nákupu či prodeje akcie. Poslední část bakalářské práce tvoří závěrečné shrnutí výsledků obou analýz a investiční doporučení. The Bachelor's thesis deals with the fundamental and technical analysis of stock Komerční banka. After the introduction I concentrate on fundamental analysis, specifically global fundamental, sector fundamental and firm fundamental analysis in which I apply certain models in order to determine the intrinsic value of stock Komerční banka. In the next chapter of the thesis I concentrate on technical analysis of stock Komerční banka, I gradually concentrate on charts, chart's formations and technical indicators in order to determine a suitable time for purchase or sale of stock. The last chapter summarizes the results of both analyses and investment recommendations.
