The advent of the Internet has led to a rise in the number of Internet users. Internet ad fraud refers to a form of online crime where individuals or businesses publish deceptive real estate advertisements to defraud unsuspecting victims. The purpose of this thesis is to provide an overview of real estate ad frauds found on websites that allow anyone to post real estate ads on their websites. And also provide a tool, that determines the probability of fraudulent advertisement of real estate chosen by user from supported web portals.

Analýza způsobů financování bydlení

Témou diplomovej práce je Analýza způsobů financování bydlení. Diplomová práca sa skladá z dvoch častí: teoretickej a praktickej. V teoretickej časti práce popíšem trh s nehnuteľnosťami, charakterizujem vývoj realitného trhu na Slovensku, popisujem spôsoby ocenenia nehnuteľností a tiež možnosti financovania nehnuteľností, či už pôjde o financovanie nehnuteľností z vlastných alebo cudzích zdrojov. V praktickej časti diplomovej práce sa budem zaoberať oceňovaním nehnuteľnosti pomocou porovnávacej metódy ocenenia na Slovensku, financovaním pomocou hypotekárneho úveru a vytvorením hodnotovej analýzy.

Proposal of Communication Strategy for a New Branch of Real Estate Company

Diploma thesis deals with a proposal of suitable communication strategy for a new branch of already existing real estate company. Findings from special literature, which are dealt with in theoretical part of the thesis represent indispensable base for selection of appropriate methods of analyses conducted in analytical part. Based on the results from these analyses, last part of the thesis is dedicated to proposal of particular solutions leading to the achievement of the objectives set.
