Na základě výstupů z provedených analýz provedl autor zhodnocení dosažených výsledků a následně návrh možných řešení, která by měla vést ke zlepšení práce s informačním systémem a zvýšení efektivity jeho využití.

After evaluation of analytical methods used, suggestions for improvement of current information system, will be created. This proposals should bring positive asset for company itself and improve some of the processes in company.

Given issues contains the theoretical background to the given issues and analyzes that were carried out in the company environment. Based on the analysis, the work actually includes suggestions for solutions for streamlining the information system and an overall summary.

Předmětem diplomové práce "Řízení změn ve vybrané společnosti" je analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku na základě SWOT A STEP analýzy. Dále také analýza podnikových procesů v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a popis metod řízení změn. V praktické části mapuji procesy ve společnosti a navrhuji jejich reengineering. Na základě analýz navrhuji také další možnosti změn ve společnosti.
