Memory disorders in old age

Memory changes or disorders are typical for old age. The ability to absorb new information, to store it in memory and the subsequent information processing decline in old age. The dividing line between memory impairment and dementia is very vague. Czech Alzheimer Society deals with people affected by dementia. The organisation was launched in June 2008 under a project called Days of memory, project of the early memory disorders detection promotion. The practical part of my thesis deals with the project Days of memory. The first goal of the practical part is to find the reasons why clients suffering from memory disorders seek help at the ČALS contact point {--} the Centre for the Elderly PATUP in ZSF JU. The second aim of the practical part is to compare experiences of the ČALS contact point workers who are involved in the Project of the early memory disorders detection promotion, "Days of Memory", in memory scanning. The data required for the practical part of the thesis were obtained by a combination of a qualitative and quantitative research.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is creating of business plan for service center of repairing of motherboards for notebooks and tablets. The Bachelor thesis is devided into two parts. First is literaly review, which is compiled with the help of proffesional literature. This part comprises typology of the business, defini-tion of the business and description of which parts is business plan supposed to be consisted. Second part describes business plan for service centre. This con-sists description of the business, marketing plan, financial plan and evaluation of the investment.

THE IMPACT OF SOCIAL SERVICES ACT ON ECONOMY OF STAROMĚSTSKÁ SOCIAL SERVICES CENTRE

A new Social Services Act has brought a lot of changes towards social services providers and users. This bachelor´s work is focused on the study of economy and services provided by the Staroměstská Social Services Centre, a non-profit organisation. When the new Act came into force, two budgetary periods have been analysed and viewed from the aspect of radical changes which the Act has brought. The aim of this study is to find out how much the new Social Services Act affects the economy of the Staroměstská Social Services Centre. This study contains mostly the financial analyses of the budget, costs and yields, structure and state of the staff and financial sources of the organisation. Secondary and factual analyses of adequate document data have been applied in this study. I have used such reliable documents such as the document of foundation of the organisation, cost calculations, economy analyses, grant requests and personnel data. The results of this study are a complete economic analysis of the 2006 {--} 2007 turning period containing budget calculation, state of the staff and ways of financing the organisation. Both hypotheses assumed at the beginning were proved. New legislation has improved covering the costs of social services and has raised income. At the same time the offer of social services in the Centre has been extended.

The Migration System in the Industrial Centre of Zlín in 1900 – 1938

This study focuses on clarifying some aspects of how the system of migration to the industrial centre of Zlín developed in 1900-1938. It maps the key stage in the genesis of this important Moravian centre of industry, during which it was transformed from the originally small rural town of Zlín into an important centre of industrial production.

Analysis of spa tourism {--} suggestion wellness centre in Písek

The main objective of thesis was, however, an analysis of spa tourism in Písek area, product portfolio assessment and treatment design wellness center. The main hypothesis is confirmed in the town of Pisek, we found a lack of supply of spa tourism and wellness. According to the situation analysis carried out by the town of Pisek is obvious that the territory has a lot to offer and there are also suitable locations for placing the new wellness center. For the newly designed wellness center was chosen hotel Biograf ***, which is located in a strategic location, near the historical center of the town of Pisek. The menu for wellness hotel Biograf*** includes the Finnish sauna and whirlpool. Since the hotel Biograf *** meet up participants of tourism while increasing influx of other possible funds that could leave the hotel guests in the wellness provided services, therefore it is the expansion of existing on-site wellness center, from which will benefit both sites-the customer as well as hotel Biograf ***. From the studies carried out, that fitness was as another part of wellness centers hotel Biograf***, demonstrated the greatest interest and thats the reason, why was the new expanded wellness center implemented to the proposal.
