Practical part of this paper focuses on resulting application. The application provides personalized services based on created user profile such as personalized search, content recommendation and conference planner.

Indoor Air Quality Assessment

The thesis inform the reader about the agents that affect the indoor air quality, especially those related to thermal comfort. It also draws attention to discomfort caused by some of the agents. There are introduced basic methods and measurement procedures of quantities necessary to evaluate the thermal comfort. The thesis is not a direct manual to the measurement of the mentioned quantities but it guides the reader to the most suitable measuring instrument according to the measurement objective and range. Further it provides a review of standards and public notices related to this theme.

Motivation Methods for Students in Russian Language Textbooks

The thesis deals with the issue of motivation of learning Russian as a second foreign language at Czech lower secondary schools. The main aim of the thesis is to determine the level of motivation of teaching aids for Russian language for lower secondary school pupils in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the concepts of motivation, motivation to learn and teaching aids for foreign language and their role in motivation are explained. In the practical part, three textbooks for Russian language teaching are analysed: Классные друзья, Времена and Поехали. The analysis is based on the criteria developed by the author of the thesis. The conducted research shows that the above- mentioned textbooks are motivating for Russian language teaching, but they have some weaknesses in structure, motivational aspect, clarity of tasks and content. On the basis of the analysis, recommendations for motivating students in using these teaching aids are proposed. Rozdíly stravování mezi žáky SŠ a jejich životní styl

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the eating habits of high school students and their lifestyle. The aim of the theoretical part is to explain the issues of eating, healthy lifestyle and to define the factors, that affect this issue. The theoretical part also focused on clarifying the need for macro and micronutrients for organism during adolescence and deriving consequences inappropriate eating and lifestyle. The practical part is devoted to quantitative research which takes the form of a questionnaire survey. The aim of the practical part was to find out and compare the re-sults in eating and lifestyle between the pupils of the graduation field of the hotel indus-try and the field of study chef-waiter. The respondents for this finding were pupils of a selected high school in the Vyškov district.

Professional skills of social workers in the department of social and legal protection of children

This bachelor thesis deals with the professional skills of social workers in the department of social and legal protection of children. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the professional skills of social workers in the department of social and legal protection of children, to focus on the recommendations of social workers with many years of experience of newly beginning social workers for their quality work.Qualitative research was used to achieve the set goal. The research sample was selected based on snowball methods. The research sample is a social worker in the department of social and legal protection of children with at least five years of experience in the department. The data were divided on the basis of an unstructured interview and further evaluated by the method of creating clumps. The results show that social workers in the department of social and legal protection of children have acquired a wide range of skills, which they often gain only throughout their many years of practice. Based on the interviews, we can establish the professional skills of social workers in the department of social and legal protection of children to indicate communication skills, resistance to stress, teamwork, empathy and orientation and the application of relevant legal norms. The results of the research of this bachelor thesis can be a beneficial for new social workers in the department of social and legal protection of children of teams, which present a summary of skills that social workers have acquired and use in practice, there are specific recommendations to be used in another way and can help beginning social workers at OSPOD from the commencing of their work there.

Selling regional products in stores in a selected location

The aim of my thesis was to identify the range of the offer of the regional food supply in selected retail chains and specialized stores in České Budějovice, and especially to define the elements of sales strategy, product mix, terms of sale, and evaluate the degree of enforcement of products labeled with a regional brand. The method of observation was used and all the chosen stores were directly visited to get the required information. The survey included ten retail chains and two specialized shops. Based on the results of the survey, it was possible to answer the given research questions and suggest to the retails chains and specialized shops the way how to raise awareness about the offered regional food products and what strategy, in order to increase sales of these products, shall be chosen. Furthermore, there are some recommendations for final users in terms of availability and scale of regional food products offer and for regional suppliers which stores are potentially suitable consumers.

Instagram of selected basketball clubs

Title: Instagram of selected basketball teams Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to make the recommedation for selected czech profesional basketball teams. The recommendation will cover communication and Instagram content. Then all the recommendations will help both basketball teams and other sports associations. Methods: In this bachelor thesis the method of quantitative and qualitative data research is used. In the first stage, a quantitative method is used in the form of analysis of Instagram accounts of four selected basketball teams. This is followed by a qualitative method which is conducted using a focus group with eight basketball fans who were selected by the teams based on set criteria. Results: The analyses conducted show that basketball teams acting in the same NBL competition are not on the same level within the Instagram social network and there are significant differences between them. As a result, 2 out of 4 clubs maintain a high-level Instagram account. In the second case, there is a lack of communication with fans, consistency and consequently diversity of content. It can be concluded that success on Instagram is dependent on knowledge and 100% care on the part of the administrator. Keywords: marketing, Instagram, basketball, communication, recommendation
