This bachelor thesis deals with the development of a mobile application for ordering small services. The application is developed for the Android mobile platform. The mobile application is written according to the latest trends using Kotlin and the Google Firebase cloud solution. The first part defines mobile application design specifications, the second part introduces Android platform and the last part is about implementation and testing.

This work focuses on the design and implementation of an information system and user interface for day of career opportunities at Olomouc grammar school. The aim of this thesis is to design an information system and user interface through which the presenters can apply for the event, the organizers can manage the event and interact with the visitors of the event. This thesis focuses on implementing an clear and easy - to - use user interface. The information system is implemented using Laravel framework, PHP language and Bootstrap 3 library. The thesis presents the design and implementation of database structure, use cases, information system and user interface. Testing was carried out using participants from previous years. The resultant information system is ready for deployment. The contribution of this work is simplifying the work of the organizers, providing visitors with information and getting information easily on mobile devices.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the sumarization of common threads and thread joints used in construction industry complemented with illustrations of actual joints. On construction thread cutting possibilities, more precisely situations, where there is no possibility to use stanionary placed machinery. Mechanical engineering machinery overwiev. Technological regime of selected thread joints. This thesis is supplemented with description of specific machining and thread cutting work on heavy-duty part of hydropower plant.

Data logger

This master's thesis deals with design of universal data logging device. The work proposes the design of device architecture and describes individual systems and components, that are necessary for data logging. Logger is designed as a mobile device, with ARM microcontroller at its core. Thesis specifies requirements for device in terms of performance and versatility. The device uses modular construction, as it comprises multiple PCBs. The thesis describes their design and also design of the mechanical construction of data logger. Designed device has been realized and assembled. Software design for microcontroller is also part of the thesis. In the last part, measurements to determine achieved parameters of the device are conducted.

Bachelor's thesis describes the design and implementation of mobile application for core management in shared living. The application is targeted to the Android mobile platform. It focuses on the user interface and for the most functions uses internet access. The user may effectively add new works and share them with a certain group. The first part of this thesis focuses on thearchitecture and components of the operation system Android. The following parts are dedicated to the analysis, design and implementation. The thesis also describes the testing of the resulting solution.The final part is dedicated to evaluation of the application and possibilities for further development.

Mobile System for Text Recognition on Android

This thesis deals with creation of a mobile library for preprocessing of images with text which represents a part of a system for text recognition. The library is realized with emphasis on generality of use, efficiency and portability. The library providing a set of algorithms primarily for image quality assessment and text detection was created in this thesis. These algorithms enable a substantial decrease in volume of transmitted data and speed up and refinement of the recognition process. An example application for the Android platform able to analyze composition of foods stated on their wrappings was created as well. Overall, the library (system) simplifies development of mobile applications with focus on text extraction and analysis. The mobile application then provides a comfortable way of food harmfulness verification. The thesis offers a reader an overview of current solutions and tools available in this field, it provides a breakdown of important image preprocessing algorithms and guides him through the construction of the library and the application for mobile devices.

Comparison of reporting applications for mobile devices

This bachelor thesis focuses on the mobile devices market and the possibilities of their use for presentation of key business data using reporting applications. The goal of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the mobile devices market as well as available reporting applications of commercial suppliers who play a crucial role in this segment. Then compare these applications using a multi-criteria evaluation based on a list of criteria and determine the most suitable application that has received the highest rating in this comparison. The final output is a table of compared applications with the ratings assigned to the individual criteria. The thesis serves as a basic orientation in the mobile reporting applications market. Application comparison results can be a useful source of information for companies planning to integrate them into their enterprise information system.

Mobile 3D mesh viewer

This thesis deals with the development of MorphoView application for An- droid mobile devices. The application can be used for viewing triangular meshes with texture and possibly other attributes. It will be used primarily for data pre- sentation in geometric morphometry (facial scans, palate). During development, emphasis was placed on robustness, ease of use and the possibility of easy future expansion of other data layers. A client-server system has been designed and implemented, in which models are downloaded from the server to the mobile de- vice as needed. Easy distribution of access information uses QR codes, privacy of scanned individuals is sufficiently protected. The author of the thesis developed a complete client part, not a server.
