Bachelor’s thesis is being processed for extension of shopping centre Centro Zlín, labelled as a Phase IV. Bachelor’s thesis contains a technical report, technological prescription, principles of organization construction, design of mechanical assembly for the stage, scheduling with balance of resources, inspection and test plan, health and safety plan, budget.

Purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to compile structuraly - technological project of the field experimental station conctructed by Mendel university in Brno. Thesis concentrates on technological phase of foundations, which involves prescriptions for executing ground works, setting up a building and isolation against soil humidity. Prescriptions are complementet with suggestion of constellation of machines, time plan, rules of workplace safety, control and quality plan and solution for organisation of construction. Conclusion of this bachelor’s thesis is financial comparation of two different structuraly – technological solutions of the object. That would be using monolitical foundational lines and systematical shuttering or using lines made of adapting pieces of secret shuttering.

This thesis includes the implementation of the pile sheeting wall, excavation works and the base on the foundation footings and strips. The thesis namely includes the solution of the construction site equipment, the situation of the construction with the transport routes solution, the technical report, the bill of quantities and the itemized budget, the technological instruction, the technical report of the construction site equipment, the schedule of work, the draft of the mechanical assembly, the control plan and the test plan and the occupational safety.

In my diploma´s thesis I occupy with selected parts of the technological prepariation of building proceses of administrative and production hall in Holešov. There are detailed follow up the technological rules for ground work and foundation. Furthermore , the technological requirements for reinforced concrate assembled skeleton. My diploma´s thesis also includes the project of the construction site facilities, machinery, construction budget, the technology solution including CTP, the time and financial planning, noise studies, fire safety of the building, evaluation of roof cladding.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the technological stage of the foundation structure of a family house in Šlapanice u Brna. The work includes technical report, technological regulations of selected works, design of construction site equipment and machinery assemblies, safety and health protection at work. Work includes drawing documentation consisting of a drawing of the situation and site equipment, a timesheet, a bill of quantities, a control and testing plan and balance of resources.

The content of the bachelor’s thesis is a technological proyect of the training centre of the company of Teramex s.r.o. in Hustopeče. In my work I deal with a technological instrument of ground works and with foundations. In other parts the inspection test plans, the mechanical set and the equipment of the building site are described. Subsequently, the occupational safety, the progress chart and the budgetary composition of the construction are dealt. I also follow up the comparation of the various options of the road transport.
