This master thesis deals with the estimation of the value of enterprise Prefa Brno a.s. via income based methods. Specifically via methods DCF and EVA in variant entity. The theoretical part is mainly focused on theoretical foundations and procedures used for valuation of company The practical part uses theoretical patterns and is targeted on the analysed enterprise. It consists of strategic analysis, financial analysis, SWOT analysis and also procedure of valuation of the firm by using income based method.

Value Estimating of a Specific Company

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the company Technicky skusobny ustav based in Piešťany. The first part of the work deals with the theoretical basis for the evaluation of the company, there are described the reasons why to evaluate companies, and further process to apply for the valuation. The following is a description of selected parts of the strategic and financial analysis, financial plan and evaluation methods. Furthermore, there will be presented the chosen company and subsequently evaluated according to methods in the theoretical part. For determining the value of the company there were used discounted free cash flow method and economic value added method. In the conclusion specific evaluation methods are applied and statement stated about the value of the company dated to 31.12.2015.

The thesis deals with the business plan of the online project Světotrip.cz. It is a travel portal that connects experienced travelers with people who don`t have much experience with individual travelling. The goal is to reach out to the public in general and offer them the possibility of low-cost travel. The introductory part contains theoretical starting points and explains the necessary terms. The second analytical part evaluates the market environment through external, internal and sectoral analyzes. The final part focuses on the development of a actual business plan. The reader will be thoroughly acquainted with the goal of the whole project, the various services offered, the competitive advantage and the specific business model of the whole project.

The Proposal of Business Plan for the Foundation of a Kindergarten

The bachelor thesis is a proposal of a business plan for the establishment of a private kindergarten. The reason for choosing a given sector is the insufficient capacity of vacancies in pre-existing kindergartens. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains theoretical background. The analytical part is based on the analysis of the market of the Olomouc region and specifically of the city of Olomouc, where the kindergarten will be placed. The knowledge gained from the previous two parts unifies the proposal that applies the acquired knowledge to practice. The proposal is based on market analyzes for the Olomouc Region and it consists of marketing and financial plan.

The theoretical part defines basic concept of financial analysis and financial plan and their methods of processing. The practical part evaluates financial situation of company with usage of selected methods from financial analysis and accounting data from the years 2010 – 2015. Based on the information from financial analysis is prepared financial plan for next period 2016 - 2020.

This diploma thesis is focused on determining the value of Choceňská mlékárna, Ltd., to the date of 31 December 2015, using the yield method. The first part of the thesis presents the basic theoretical framework relating the business valuation. The second part is the development a strategic and financial analysis. Based on these analyzes and value generators, the valuation of the company is performed. The resulting value of the company is determined using the discounted cash flow method.

Second part includes strategic analysis, forecast of the value drivers and financial plan. The valuation of DOMESTAV s. r. o. is based on income – based valuation method, discounted CASH FLOW. Determinination of value is made for needs of splitting the company.

This diploma thesis is aimed to a value assessment of the Kovo HB, s.r.o. company. Firstly, the strategic and financial analyses were processed, which results are resumed in SWOT analysis. Subsequently, the financial plan was arranged and the value assessment itself was appointed by using selected revenue methods. The final value of the company was appointed to the 31st December 2015 by the methods of discounted cash flow and Economic Value Added.
