The subject of bachelor‘s thesis is a detached house with hairdresser in Lukavice. The building is designed by masonry Porotherm, it is partly basement, two storeys. It is a roofed flat roof with insulation above the rafters and vegetation flat roof. Outer walls are additionally insulated and part of the facade is ventilated with wood paneling. This bachelors thesis is focused on design of newly-built single-family house in the village of Česká at Brno. It is designed as a detached building with two floors and partial basement, hairdressing´s salon and outdoor swimming pool. It will be in service as permanent residence for a family with four members. The structural systems was chosen of Porotherm systems. The ceiling structure is designed from ceiling beams POT and inserts MIAKO. The floors are connected by a reinforced concrete monolithic staircase. The thermal insulation is provided by the ETICS systems. The roof of the house will be designed as flat and sloping roof. The house plan cantains also a two-car garage. The project was designed in ArchiCad and 3D model was made in Artlantis. All the conctructions are in Czech Technical standarts

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of a detached house. The building is located in the village Smilovice on the parcel number 2444. This parcel has flat terrain. The object has no cellar, building has two floors and attic. Two floors are decided for the garage and living space. Over the second floor is located attic. The fundation strips are made from plain concrete. The vertical constructions are made from Liapor blocks. The horizontal constructions are made from Liapor´s panels. The roof is sloping.

The Master’s thesis deals with the development of construction of residential properties and housing estate in the locality of Tišnov. The thesis describes the particular historical building periods in Tišnov. In shows the historical development, changing and growing on the town. Some chapters describe the current status of building activities and the possible future development of this area in the residental properties. The main purpose of the thesis is to get the detailed summary of the construction of residental properties in the elected lokality from the very beginning to these days. All results the research are displayed in the overwiew map, the individual period sof building development in the town of Tišnov are distinquish with colors.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the construction of a new family house with the inclusion of an office and a garage. This home is designed for a family of four with two cars housed in a spacious garage. The house will stand on a sloping field in Domasov near Brno on the New Street. The main entrance to the building is from the street to the northwest. Layout of the building is situated so that the residential and day rooms are on the side with more sunlight. Construction will have a square layout, partial basement with a gabled roof and a terrace. It will have a basement and two floors with residential attic. The vertical constructions will be made of shuttering blocks in the basement cellar, above-ground portion will be made of the ceramic block. Horizontal construction are made of ceramic-concrete ceiling beams and brick inserts. The truss will be wooden, purlin construction with a ridge runs. This work includes documentation and drawing parts and is compiled as an implementation project.

The residential part is made of cellars in the basement, garage and utility room on the ground floor, a larger residential unit on the second floor and the attic flat on the third floor.

The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called „ A brick – built detached house“ is to create documentation for carrying out construction. The house is designed for a four – member family. It is situated in a suburb of Velké Němčice. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consists of two parts – a technical and active one. In the technical part, there is a garage for a car, workroom, technical room, closet and staircase. In the active part, there is a living room with dining room, kitchen and entrance leading to the terrace. On the second floor, there is a closet, bathroom, drying room, separate toilet and three rooms. The load – bearing wall is made of brick breeze blocks Porotherm. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. Part of the house is covered with a single pitch roof with an agle of inclination of 15° made of a tin roof covering Lindab and the second part is made of a flat roof from a sloped wedge.
