The bachelor thesis deals with labor relationships and wage costs caused by employing. It is focused mainly on the wage costs optimization which arises from the impact of the employees' increase which is also connected with a growth of the demand for company's products. On the basis of the performed analysis, the solutions which represents the lowest wage costs have been recommended.

Main goal of analytical part is analysis of problem of selected traffic and then suggest optimal solution which could help the company with the problem.

The bachelor thesis handles the contract of employment topic. No other document influences the spending of our time more than this one. Despite the importance of the contract of employment, it is fairly underestimated issue. The bachelor thesis is dedicated to these problematic parts. After introducing the basic terms of labor law, its history, roots and basic principles, the thesis explains bonds between the Labor code and the civil code. Since 1st January 2014, major changes came into effect in civil code. Furthermore the thesis deals with labor relations and activities before the formation of employment. The most important part of the thesis is of course the chapter dedicated to the contract of employment. Part of the thesis deals with contracts outside of employment. In the practical part are described the most common errors in the contracts of employment.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employment law and more specifically the adoption of staff recruitment. It provides an overview of the employers obligations related to the employment of new staff and analyzes future costs of the company to create new jobs. Employer with more than 25 employees in employment are obliged to employ disabled persons or subscribe products from employers employing 50 % of persons with disabilities or to contribute to the state budget. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate which of the legal obligations for employers is most advantageous in terms of cost minimization.

Goal of this work is to analyze personnel management in chosen seasonal sports facilities and realize whether employees costs increased or decreased after new labour code 2012 came into force. Theoretical part is about labour code novelisation from 2012 and its changes compared to former labour code. In practical part there is a research from chosen seasonal sports facilities. I tried to get to know if these facilities follow code-given steps how to treat employees and if they do how does it reflect into costs. The output of this work should be some recommendations how to minimize costs which could appear with the new labour code.

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of employment in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic. It provides an overview of the employer's obligations related to the recruitment of new staff and analyzes the future labor costs and the possibility of their optimization for the company FARMA STRÁNSKÝ s.r.o., which is in the process of expanding its business. Based on analysis is recommended the number of employees to be hired and furthermore are outlined some aspects of their contract of employment.

This work offers a solution of problem temporary declining of workload and profit of company by installation new production and transferring the redundant employees to the new location, thereby the termination of employment will be eliminated.
