Using optimization methods to design machine parts
Kubrický, Daniel ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes using structural optimization methods to design machine parts. In the first part of the thesis, a description of the current state of knowledge of the optimization process was made together with its theoretical background. In the second part of the thesis, a static analysis and topology optimization or Generative design was developed using the example of a bell crank in six commercial software. In the third part, the resulting models of each software were compared with each other, and the results were compared using the von Mises maximum stress criterion and the overall model deformation. Finally, this work was concluded with an evaluation of the use of the structural optimization software.
Návrh a realizace mobilní platformy včetně výroby vlečného postřikovače s měřením dynamiky provozu
MARŠÁLEK, Václav
The thesis deals with the design and implementation of a mobile platform including the production of a towed sprayer with measurement of traffic dynamics. Further-more, the thesis is developed about the agriculture 4.0, which is related to the topic.
Vytvoření počítačového modelu simulujícího namáhání materiálu tahem
KORTAN, Miloš
The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a computer model simulating the ten-sile stress of the material. In the introductory part of this thesis it is explained in detail what are tech-nical materials, what are their physical, mechanical and techno-logical properties. In the next part, the tests of materials are described and what they are, how they are performed and what they are used for. The penultimate part of the thesis focuses on the Solidworks program. It explains step by step the creati-on of the test bodies, and the subsequent simulation of the tensile stress of the ma-terial. The last part of this thesis describes the experimental verification of the ten-sion test. All data, graphs and their evaluation are presented.
Konstrukční návrh 3D modelu obraceče píce pro výuku zemědělských předmětů
TOTH, Jakub
The thesis deals with the creation of a 3D model of a forage tedder, which can be used as a learning tool in teaching agricultural subjects. The model was inspired and created according to the model of a real forage tedder type SO 160. The student version of CAD program SolidWorks 2021 was used to create the 3D model. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of forage crops, including their distribution, harvesting conditions and harvesting procedures. The second chapter is then focused on forage tedders, where the different types are described. At the end of the first part of the thesis, CAD systems, their history and distribution are discussed and some selected types of CAD software are described. The practical part focuses on the creation and construction of a 3D model and the work procedure for creating the individual components together with their description.
Vytvoření výukového 3D modelu vysoké pece v programu SolidWorks
HAMR, Jan
The aim of this thesis is to create an educational 3D model of the blast furnace in the CAD software SolidWorks, which can be used for a possible presentation in a virtual reality. It is possible to present the basic parts of the blast furnace on the final model and use it to explain the production of the pig iron. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the fundamental parts of the blast furnace and the process of production of pig iron. The theoretical part also describes the creation of models in SolidWorks. In the practical part, a model is created together with an engineering drawing documentation. The creation of the blast furnace model is described here step by step and the resulting model is com-pared with models from other authors and with alternative design solutions of the blast furnace.
Technické zhodnocení možných konstrukčních řešení pro robotickou ruku
PAJTINKA, Martin
The diploma thesis deals with the technical evaluation of possible design solutions for a robotic arm, which should serve as a milking machine operator. The work was prepared in the SolidWorks program, which is available to students of the University of South Bohemia free of charge. First, the modeling program itself is described, followed by systems of possible control of robotic arms and the use of robots in agriculture. The information obtained results in a comparison of the modeled structure with the already available milking robots.
System for generating production drawings in 3D CAD systems with a focus on parametric 3D modeler SolidWorks
MICHLÍK, Tomáš
The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of technical documentation in the 3D modeler SolidWorks. The first part of the work is theoretical. It introduces the concept of CAD systems and gives examples of the most well-known engineering CAD programs, with a focus on SolidWorks. The second part of the work is practical. The selected piece describes the creation of cuts, details, views, descriptive array and dimensions. The last part deals with the creation of the assembly drawing. Inserting positions, a BOM, and an illustration of an exploded assembly in a drawing. The whole work is enriched with pictures taken directly from practice.
Studium deformace tělesa metodami počítačové simulace
NOVOTNÝ, Pavel
Bachelor thesis deals with computer support of design, especially with SolidWorks CAD system and simulation using it. First, the construction systems are divided and their basic features and functions described. Further, the thesis deals with work in the SolidWorks program, especially with the process of simulation of component properties.
Počítačové simulace Stirlingova motoru
FAU, Petr
The diploma thesis deals with the construction of the Stirling engine and its most common modifications - Alpha, Beta and Gamma. Subsequently, it deals with construction systems and their use. The design of these types of motors is further processed using computer-aided design, and physical simulations and analyzes are performed on them using the same system.
Loose-it-all machine
Švik, Ondřej ; Hůlka, Tomáš (referee) ; Cejpek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and construction of a prototype of a “lose-it all” machine for educational purposes. The lose-it-all machine serves to implement a simple gambling game. The machine uses proprietary jettons as currency. The practical part of this bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to the description of the functionality, design, basic features, build construction, and the software solutions of the machine. It describes the physical implementation and creation of the various necessary parts of the lose-it-all machine. The theoretical part of this thesis includes research about gambling as well as an introduction to hazard addiction and its prevention.
