The thesis deals with the education of employees and analyses current educational system in the specific company. In the first part of the thesis we define basic notions and terms we will use in the analysis. In the second part we describe the educational policy and processes applied by the company which are subsequently analyzed in the third part. Outcomes of the analysis serve as the basis for recommendations to improve the educational strategies and policies of the company.
Evaluation of e-learning in a banking institution

This Master's Thesis deals with the evaluation of e-learning in a banking institution operating in the Czech market. The introduction of e-learning in a banking institution managed to reduce the educational costs. However, the pedagogical effectiveness has not been investigated yet. The aim of this Master's Thesis was to determine whether employees of a banking institution perceive e-learning as an effective method of training and determinate on the basis of their acquired knowledge whether e-learning is an effective method of knowledge transfer. The e-learning effectiveness was investigated using a combination of subjective (questionnaire) and objective (testing) methods of evaluation on 118 employees. The study indicated that employees consider e-learning as an effective learning method and that they acquired a high level of knowledge. However the questionnaire and testing revealed several weaknesses of the current e-learning system, primarily the lack of time for training through e-learning courses and employees cheating during the e-learning course completion. The solution to the mentioned weaknesses could be, shortening, e-learning courses, plus adding a final test (at the end of e-learning courses that currently do not have one), limiting the number of their repetition and ensuring their higher difficulty levels.
Analysis of corporate training and development

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the corporate training and development in FRENCH-REST spol.s.r.o. The secondary goal is to suggest some improvements and subsequently create a more effective training plan for this organization. The work is divided into four parts. The first is a theoretical introduction to the topic of employee development, which will set the foundation for the rest of the thesis. The second part shows the criteria of evaluation, which will be implemented in this work, including the methods, principals, and tools used to carry out this research. The third part of this work is the concrete analysis of the company's corporate training system. The final section is a breakdown of the results found in this work and includes suggestions for improvement and achieving optimal results in their employee training system.

The topic of this thesis is the analysis of corporate training and development of managers. This thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part there is defined corporate training and its importance for companies. Then, the theory describes the system of corporate training and its phases, namely the identification of needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of education. The theoretical part is followed by an analytical section that discusses the system of training and development of managers in a particular company, which is analyzed using a questionnaire survey, which was answered by employees of the company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the educational activities of the company and identify its strengths and weaknesses, and suggest how the educational system could be improved.
Educational efficiency of employees in the Czech republic

The thesis focuses on the efficiency of education of employees in the Czech Republic. Its aim was to examine how effective or ineffective education in Czech companies is and what can the companies do with it in the future. Furthermore, this work deals with techniques that can help to achieve higher efficiency in education. The whole thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part discusses the specific techniques and methods that were used in the practical part. It also includes recommendations for Czech companies and for the company Develor, which made the research on the effectiveness of employees in the Czech companies.

The thesis deals with the workers' education of the company AGC Flat Glass Czech a.s. The first part describes the theoretical aspects of education and development of the employees in the firm -- the process of education, educational methods, trends in human resource development, efficiency and costs of training, the plans of succession. Further it characterizes the current state of education and development of the individuals from the perspective of the Czech Republic, and compares the results especially to the European context. The practical part analyses the current system of training and development of workers in the company based on the executed survey. The aim is to assess the current concept of education in the firm AGC Flat Glass Czech, a.s.
The system of education in glassworks

The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the process of education in glassworks company Kavalierglass, a.s. The theoretical part is devoted to HR strategy, corporate training and its place in company's personal activities, furthermore is described the whole process of education, starting with identification of needs and ending with evaluation. In the practical part there is analyzed the process of education in Kavalierglass, a.s. and all of the phases of the educational system implemented in company are described as well. This is based on the obtained results of interview with HR specialist of the company. Everything is accompanied by illustrative examples and information from the internal personnel information system. The conclusion of diploma thesis summarizes possible suggestions that are designed to ensure major efficiency of the current educational system in company.
Motivation of employees by the way of education in medium-sized company

The goal of this thesis was to analyze current motivation system in a selected company and a proposal for further training opportunities. The work is characterized by MOTOR JIKOV Fostron, a long-established system of education in the company and education in times of economic crisis. One of the marketing research ? questioning in the form of questionnaires and interview - was applied in the thesis. The analysis revealed the deficiencies of the motivation system, for which were proposed measures for their elimination. Based on these deficiencies and suggestions for improvements have been recommended further staff training opportunities - in the form of Training internal communications, Employee assessment, E-learning and Operational programme Human resources and employment.

A theoretical part of the diploma thesis summarizes the current generally accepted theories on a corporate training and human resource development in an organization. The practical part aims to present a subject of enterprise and an organizational structure of a selected multinational company and analyzes its current form of a staff training and personnel work. On the basis of the analysis there are suggested measures that should make the human resource management in the company more efficient.
