4 Implementation of the state of emergency in the Czech Republic during the coronavirus pandemic Abstrakt The thesis entitled "The application of the state of emergency in the Czech Republic in the context of the coronavirus pandemic" responds to the current events surrounding the Covid- 19 pandemic. The thesis provides insight into the background of the pandemic in the Czech Republic. The thesis examines the application of the state of emergency as a tool to tackle the pandemic situation and how the legitimacy of this state of emergency and the restrictive measures taken along with it are assessed by society. The thesis focuses on the factors that have fundamentally influenced the people's perception of the restrictive measures taken by the government. Indeed, trust in the anti-pandemic measures themselves are an important part of their effectiveness. Quotas for Increase of Number of Women in Politics in Sweden Abstract The bachelor thesis focuses on the quota system as a means of increasing the representation of women in politics, on the example of Sweden. Firstly, the thesis describes the basics of gender quotas implementation, the arguments of their supporters and opponents, and depicts the factors underlying the long-term under-representation of women in politics. The thesis also describes the basic types of quota systems. The main part deals with gender quotas in the political system of Sweden. Sweden is very progressive society in terms of gender equality and has become an exemplary model of gender balance for many countries, especially in politics. The thesis aims to describe the implementation of gender quotas in Sweden and to identify the causes of high representation of women in the political environment of this Scandinavian country. The thesis also deals with the historical development of the position of women in Swedish politics, Swedish political system and description of relevant political parties. My desertation work focuses on a problem of laymen and medical workers's attitude towards the interruption. It deals with basic problems connected with this topic and its historical and legislative development. It also works with a basic problem of different attitudes towards the interruption, it shows methods and risks of interruption and also emphasises the prevention. The tested objects are shop assistants, nursery teachers, nurses and teachers from secondary schools for nurses. In this work you can also read about the men's attitude towards the interruption.

Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje třem oblastem personálních činností, a to analýze a vytváření pracovních míst, dále získávání, výběru a přijímání pracovníků a na závěr vzdělávání pracovníků. V praktické části jsou tyto tři oblasti personalistiky analyzovány na konkrétní instituci veřejné správy, kterou je Krajský úřad Královéhradeckého kraje. Jednotlivé podkapitoly obsahují návrhy a doporučení.
