Citlivost tržeb malých pivovarů na změny cen na spotřebitelských trzích s alkoholickými nápoji
Vlková, Michaela
Vlková, M. Sensitivity of small breweries' sales to price changes in consumer mar-kets with alcoholic beverages. Master thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The thesis deals with the assessment of the possible presence of sensitivity of small breweries' sales to changes in consumer prices of alcoholic beverages. The data used for the research were twofold in nature. These were brewery sales, which were drawn from the company's financial statements and also exhibi-tions, which were provided by the brewers of the breweries under study. Con-sumer prices of alcohol and alcohol consumption were obtained from the CSO statistical portal. Finally, primary data was used from a questionnaire survey of people living in the South Moravian Region focusing on the behaviour and pref-erences of consumers operating in the alcoholic beverage market. The sensitivity of sales is analysed through elasticity coefficients. The response of beer demand to changes in consumer alcohol prices is demonstrated.

Preparation and testing of capillary monolithic columns for hydrophobic interaction chromatography
Vlková, Michaela ; Sobotníková, Jana (advisor) ; Zima, Jiří (referee)
In frame work of this diploma thesis, monolithic stationary phases based on hydroxymethylmethacrylate were prepared in fused silica capillaries of 320 μm innerdiameter. Monolithic columns were synthesized by a simple procedure using a polymerization mixture, consisting of a monomer N-(hydroxymethyl) methacrylamide (HMMAA), a croslinking agent ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA), porogenic solvents butane- 1,4-diol, propane-1-ol and an initiator α,α′-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN). Prepared HMMA monolithic columns were utilized for separation of mixtures of biologically active compounds, namely peptides with small number of amino acids. Mechanical strength and specific permeability were determined for selected monolithic columns. Keywords: HPLC, HILIC mechanism, hydroxymethyl methacrylate (HMMA) monolithic columns, amino acid, enkephalins.
The French UMP and its Internal Structure
Vlková, Michaela ; Perottino, Michel (advisor) ; Říchová, Blanka (referee)
The creation of the UMP, as the "Union pour la Majorité Présidentielle", after the first round of the presidential election in 2002, began a new cycle for the French Right. It can be characterized as the refoundation of a party by merger. The merger proceeded from a long- established system of cooperation among parties at the legislative level. The main constitutive components of the new party were namely the conservative RPR (Rassemblement pour la République), the centre-right UDF (Union pour la Démocratie Française) and a former part of the UDF - DL (Démocratie Libérale) - which became independent in 1998. The principal motivation for the modification of the form of cooperation was the restoration of Jacques Chirac's authority over both his political camp and and the institution of the presidency. The UMP won both - legislative and presidential elections and started to govern. The internal structure of the new party can be understood in different ways and be distiguished into different levels. Firstly, from the point of view directed to its main components - political parties that made up the UMP's base and also other parties and groups that cooperate with the new party. The UMP brought to the end (or at least modified) the system of electoral cooperation that used to exist on the Right for more than two...
