Management of an enterprise in a free economic zone

The subject of the research of bachelor's work are the organizational aspects of optimization of the enterprise management system in the free economic zone on the example of the joint-stock company Resorts of the North Caucasus. The purpose of the work is to formulate recommendations for improving the enterprise management system in the free economic zone by the example of JSC Resorts of the North Caucasus. The joint-stock company Resorts of the North Caucasus JSC RNC was established in October 14, 2010 to manage tourist and recreational special economic zones as part of a tourist cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District. Bachelor's work is divided into four parts. The first part describes the relevance of the work, its purpose, objectives and methods of research. The second part is devoted to the main theoretical and legal aspects of enterprise management in the free economic zone. The third part carries an analysis of the management of the joint-stock company Resorts of the North Caucasus in the free economic zone, and in this part recommendations have been developed on improving the management system of JSC Resorts of the North Caucasus. The last chapter contains the results of all the work.

The subject of the research of bachelor's work are the process of business management improvement in eterprise in market economy on the example of the PJSC Aeroflot. The purpose of the work is to analyse the process of business management improvement in enterprise in market economy on the example of the PJSC Aeroflot and then develop the recommendations for improving the enterprise development strategy. PJSC Aeroflot is the biggest airline company in Russia. It is one of the oldest airlines in the world, starting its history from 1923. Bachelor's work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the main theoretical and legal aspects of business management in market conditions. The second part is devoted to analysis of the business management system of PJSC Aeroflot. The third part carries an information about enhancement of business management in PJSC Aeroflot.
Job motivation as the key factor of effective management in market conditions.

The bachelor paper addresses the system of job motivation of the PJSC "Sberbank" employees, the subject of the research is to analyze the process of developing an optimal system of job motivation for enterprise employees in market conditions, using the example of the PJSC "Sberbank". The aim of the research is to provide recommendations for the improvement of job motivation for the employees of the PJSC "Sberbank". To achieve the main aim of the research a thorough analysis of the system of job motivation of the personnel at the given enterprise was carried out, for a more detailed examination a survey of 57 employees of the bank's various structural units was conducted. The paper is divided into 3 main chapters. In the first chapter the system and the elements of employee motivation, as well as contextual and procedural theories of job motivation of the personnel are analyzed. The second chapter is devoted to the general description of the public joint-stock company "Sberbank". In the third chapter the recommendations for the improvement of the system of job motivation at the PJSC "Sberbank" are formulated.

The theoretical part includes of the scientific and theoretical foundations: the concept, the essence, the main objectives and functions of personnel management. The analytical part includes of the analysis of human resources of management system, personnel training and motivation system of company "M 3 Production" and identified the main deficiencies.

The subject of the bachelor work is the research and development of organizational culture of OJSC "Sberbank of Russia". The aim of thist thesis is consideration and analyzing informational, organizational behavior, management and other factors, which follows from the relationship of employees, principles, goals, objectives, management system and the essence of organizational behavior on the example of JSC "Sberbank of Russia". Sberbank of Russia was founded in 1841 by Nicholas I, it functions to this day, considered one of the biggest and most successful banks in the Russian Federation. Bachelor work consists of three main chapters. The first chapter contains theoretical aspects of organizational culture and its levels, elements and importance. The second chapter consist of the characteristic, media analysis and researchment of organizational culture on the example of Sberbank. And the last chapter contains studies of organizational culture, measures for its improvement and assessment of the proposed effectiveness.
