Title: Outdoor Activities for Children from Socially Disadvantaged Environments Objectives: The objective of this bachelor's thesis was to propose a set of outdoor games and activities suitable for children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. Methods: A descriptive-analytical approach was employed, specifically involving content analysis of texts related to the topic of social disadvantage and outdoor games. The gathered information was carefully organized and systematically processed to create a clear and concise summary. Results: A compilation of outdoor games for children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. Conclusions: The suggested collection of games can serve as a methodological guide for organizers of outdoor programs tailored for children and youth from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. Outdoor activities at secondary schools in the Ústí region

Title: Outdoor Activities at Grammar schools in the Ústí region Aim: The main aim of this thesis was to determinate the current state of teaching outdoor activities (OA) at grammar schools in the Ústí region. Specifically, we have focused on whether schools include OA in their curriculums, in what forms and how often. We have questioned school principals and physical education (PE) teachers' opinion on OA inclusion. We have also surveyed opportunities for teaching OA in individual schools and their material equipment for OA. Method: Two semi-structured non-standardised questionnaires for the principals and physical education teachers. Results: Outdoor activities are widespread at grammar schools in the Ústí region. They are included both in the form of courses and in the physical education lessons, but more often in the form of courses. The most organised courses are outdoor courses at the beginning of the first grade (with the aim students got to know each other better and bulit a better team) and skiing courses. Almost all schools have suitable conditions for OA, but their material equipment for these activities is not optimal. Competences of leaders and inclusion of children with ADHD at summer children's camps

Title Competences of leaders and inclusion of children with ADHD at summer children's camps. Objectives To assess the competences of leaders and the inclusion of children with ADHD at summer children's camps. Methods The research involved 22 experienced leaders, 8 men and 14 women (aged 26  5,2) from 18 different summer children's camps, who were sent a questionnaire with open questions. Interpretative phenomenological analysis was used as a method for processing the collected data. By coding the obtained responses and then grouping similar codes together, an overarching theme was identified for each of the sub-questions. The results The results were processed in 3 sections that answer the sub-research questions: 1. The combination of personal experience and basic education about ADHD seems to be sufficient for working with children with ADHD at summer camps. 2. The participation of a child with ADHD at a summer camp does not significantly affect the functioning or the program of the camp. 3. Leaders are aware of the differences of children with ADHD and work with them accordingly. They are patient and respond to situations with calmness. Permanent personality traits of students specialising in nature education at UK FTVS compared to the general population

Title: Permanent personality traits of students specialising in nature education at UK FTVS compared to the general population. Objectives: To compare personality traits of students specialising in nature education at UK FTVS with personality traits of population norms. Methods: With questionnaire BFI-44 were found personality traits od 33 participants which were compared with traits of population norms. Results: Students who took part in this research had, on average, noticeably higher scores on neuroticism (11,7% more), openness (11,3% more) and conscientiousness (10,1 more) than the population norm. There was no significant difference on the extraversion and friendliness ranges, although there was minimal difference on both. Conclusion: Students specializing in outdoor education are more open and conscientious than the general population, but they are also more predisposed to neurotic behavior. The relationship between physical activity and physical fitness of four years old children

Title: The relationship between physical activity and physical fitness of four years old children Objectives: The main goal was to find out whether physical activity affects the physical fitness of four year old children. The partical goal was to find out what differences are between boys and girls in the time spent in physical activity. Whether there is a lack of exersise in early childhood. Another partial goal was to find out whether children spend more time in medium - high intensity on a working day or on a weekend. Methods: The research group consisted of 6 boys and 6 girls with an average age o 4.52 ± 0.3, who attend a kindergarten in Klánovice. Weekly monitoring with ActiGraph GT9X was used to measure physical activity. Physical fitness was assessed using motor tests, constisting of 4 x 5 m shuttle run, long jump, speed throw, moving cubes, skipping barrier, flexibility and Beep test. Results: The results showed no major relationship between time spent physical activity and motor test results. In all tests, the correlation coefficient was below 0.4. Between boys and girls were more active girls. And the results did not show any differences between the physical activity on working day or weeekend, 5 children were more active during the working say, 5 children over the weekend, 2 children...
In-line skating lessons at primary schools

Title: Education of inline skating in primary schools Objective: The goal of this thesis was the analysis of the inline skating education in primary schools, focused on the form of education, conditions for education, material and staff equipment. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis was prepared by descriptive analytical method and research of available Czech literature and foreign sources. Survey research was used in the practical part of the thesis. There were used two different questionnaires: one for the schools which already have inline skating in their education plan and the second one for the schools which do not have it in their education plan. The survey was sent to all primary schools in Czech Republic by email. The results were statistically processed by using absolute and relative frequencies. Results: Inline skating is being taught in 16% of primary schools in Czech republic. There are 4 different forms of education used: a freetime activity in form of extracurricular activity 64,7%, part of physical education lessons for whole class 14,7%, part of physical education as a optional activity for selected members of class 8,8% and extra occasional activities (sport day, school course and others) 5,9%. Hippotourism in Central Bohemian Uplands

Title: Hippotourism in České Středohoří (Central Bohemian Uplands) Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to survey the offer of service in territory of České středohoří (Central Bohemian Uplands) Methods: This study is comparing opinions and experiences of 3 woman, who is included in hippotourism in this area. They were answering to the half- structured interview. The second part of study was fasted on inquiry of service in horse tourism. Respondents were answering to short questionary with closed answers. This questionary was based on possibilities and satisfaction with momentarily services in this area. Results: It was found that all interviewed stables are offering horseback riding for beginners and advanced riders. One of the stables offers also mediation of veterinary and farrier services. Another offered service in all stables is stabling itself, in boxes or in a grazing form. Two of the stable owners offer accomodation in apartments, third owner offers camping in tents or in the open-air. All stable owners and also 9 of 15 respondents, would appreciate update of the maps of hippotouric routes in the Central Bohemian Uplands. Title: Study possibilities and job opportunities in outdoor activities in USA Objectives: The object of this thesis is to research and describe study possibilities at American universities and job opportunities in outdoor activities in USA. Methods: This thesis is literature review and analyses printed sources available related to researched topic and internet websites containing current information in researched subject. Also, it was used own experiences of the thesis author. The primary source of information were publications from UK FTVS library, thesis written under the supervision of the experts at outdoor sports department at UK FTVS and thesis from other Czech universities teaching outdoor activities. Further important source was specialized publications, especially articles from Gymnasion magazine, next, articles from EBSCO databases. During the research of USA universities offering outdoor activities courses, educational system, scholarships, job opportunities, transfer and visa options, were used also internet sources for topicality reason and own experience. Results: Outdoor education and activities industry constantly dynamically develops and so creates many job positions for qualified workers for profitable or non-profit organizations. Motivation for ski-touring

Title: Motivation to Ski-touring Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to broaden the knowledge of ski-tourers' motivation for ski-touring in the mountains. We would like briefly describe who ski-tourers are, why do they engage in such an activity and what are their reasons, motives and involvement in ski-touring. Furthermore, we are trying to find out and interpret the differences amongst different ski-tourers' groups based on various aspects. Methods: In this thesis we have used a questionnaire as a data collection method. The results were processed in Open Office programme. Results: All the respondents have stated "being in nature" as the most common motive for ski-touring. Other common motives were "joy and freedom" that this sport brings them. Most respondents are also motivated by "meeting friends", "running away from "ordinary life", "sport achievements", "discovering new things", "challenge" and "adrenaline and excitement". We have also discovered that 95, 2% of respondents go to the Czech mountains. Nearly half of respondents (45,1%) spend more than 10 days per season in this mountains. 77,1% of respondents go abroad for ski-touring and 21,9% of respondents spend in this mountains more than 10 days per season.
