The theme of this master thesis is Analysis of public relations tools of selected company. PT-servis konzervárna spol. s.r.o. is the studied company, specifically its brand REKORD, whose range of products includes canned meat and vegetarian spreads. The main objective of this paper is to verify the correct definition of target groups using questionnaire survey. The theoretical part presents the findings from the field of public relations. The practical part analyzes the suitability of selected target groups for PR. The practical part uses the results of the realized survey.
Structure and trends of export financing of the Czech companies

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the structure and trends of financial instruments used in international business operations in the Czech Republic on the example of Československá obchodní banka, a.s. and Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation and subsequently to evaluate what services in this area offers to their clients on the Czech market. This analysis then draws conclusions and recommendations for improving the offer of banking products and services of these chosen financial companies.
Analysis of the brand Mixa in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis is focused on a comparison of image and identity of the cosmetic brand Mixa. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the performance of the brand on the on the Czech market (knowledge of brand by the target group, its popularity and experience with it, perceived quality, consumer attitude and their loyalty). The theoretical part explains concepts, which are for the practical part essential. Following concepts are explained: brand elements, functions of the brand, brand awareness, brand equity, image and identity. The practical part introduces the company L´Oréal which the brand belongs to and, consequently, the brand itself. Based on the analysis of the communication activities and elements of the brand Mixa, its identity is determined. It is then compared to its image, which was determined using a questionnaire survey. It has also been used to find out more information related to brand performance. Based on research findings recommendations for further development of the brand are defined.

The Brand Building of Škoda Auto a.s.

This bachelor thesis deals with the brand building of one of the most significant companies in the Czech republic Škoda Auto a.s. The main objective of the thesis is an analysis of the perceived quality of the brand among its customers. In the first part, the theory of brand building is explained and key terms defined necessary for understanding the issue. The thesis also mentions the car industry in the Czech republic and the background of the Škoda Auto a.s. company. In the practical part, the percepted quality of the brand is analysed based on a conducted survey. Subsequently, a critical analysis of the results is carried out by means of a SWOT analysis and recommendations for the future.

The Wine Logistics from Argentina to the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present proposals and recommendations to increase the efficiency of wine logistics from Argentina to the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one describes theoretically parts of wine logistics from Argentina regarding practical part of the thesis. The second chapter is focused on analysis of world, European and Czech wine market and furthermore analyses the results of survey held among Czech importers of wine from Argentina. The last chapter is concerned with the aim of this thesis, i.e., there are presented recommendations and proposals to make wine logistic from Argentina more effective. Third chapter is divided into two parts. In the first one are basic recommendations and the second one is focused specifically on proposal to import wine in bag-in-boxes.
Activity of SBR Consulting in the Czech republic and its help to foreign companies in the area of sales

This bachelor thesis analyzes operation of czech consulting company SBR Consulting on the czech market. Objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe function of the company on the czech market in the period of last 3 years, bring out its products, make SWOT analysis and together with the feedback of its clients summarize strengths and recommend areas, where SBR Consulting should improve. Thesis is divided into 3 main chapters. First chapter is dedicated to theory which describes history of the consulting in the world in general, history of the parent company, and specifically defines methodology which company uses when providing clients with trainings. Second chapter, however, depicts practical part. It describes trainings of the company and despite the short functioning on the czech market confirms increasing number of clients in years 2014-2017 via time series. It also describes SWOT analysis based on feedback of its clients from questionnaires and interview from employee of SBR Consulting, Josef Dvořák. Eventually, last chapter explains reasons, why company SBR Consulting is not being rated as one of the best consulting companies among sales with comparison of its competition according to criteria of scientific articles such as Training Industry and Selling Power.
Globalisation Trends in Company Skoda Auto a.s.

The bachelor thesis points out to that globalisation is a part of today's world and that its trends pervade almost every area of human activity. This work is aimed above all at globalisation trends in determinants of globalisation, which are reduction of the world and development of technologies, also at trends in transport, in movement of production, in expansion of transnational corporations, in capital flow and in international movement of work force. Development of globalisation trends in Skoda Auto is noticed in above mentioned areas specifically in working of Skoda Auto. The other part of this work is summarization of document Strategy 2025, which defines targets and future trends for company in different areas of its working.
