The bachelor's elaborates on project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Žďár nad Sázavou, which is located in the Vysočina region. The apartment building has three floors above ground and one partially basement floor. The apartment building has a total of 11 residential units and common areas. The vertical loadbearing structures are built from lost formwork filled with concrete. The masonry of the above-ground floors is made of ceramic masonry elements. The ceiling structures are monolithic, reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with a certified ETICS system. The roof cladding consists of a single-layer extensive vegetation roof.

Sophisticated Stopwatch for Measuring Times in Competitions

In this bachelor thesis I will deal with the design of a mobile application for organizing competitions. The main goal of the application is to simplify the organization of contestants, their division into individual categories and time measurement. The app is created for the Android operating system. I will introduce the basic Android components and Android Studio development environment. In detail, I will devote myself to application design and individual functions.

The diploma thesis processes project documentation for the construction of an office building in Jihlava, which is located in the Vysočina region. The object of the administrative building has four above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building has a cafe, a shared work environment, meeting rooms and offices. In the underground floor there is an underground garage, technical facilities of the building and storage areas. The floor plan of the building is rectangular. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton based on a base plate. The roof shell is made up of a flat single-layer vegetated roof with extensive plants
