Advanced materials for organic bioelectronics
Sedlák, Jiří ; Salyk, Ota (referee) ; Weiter, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the research of PEDOT:DBSA material for possible use in organic bioelectronics. First, a method for preparing PEDOT:DBSA layers of required thickness was standardized and the dependence of the thickness on the conductivity of the material was monitored. Subsequently, the effect of thermal stabilization and EG, DMSO and H2SO4 substances on the conductivity of prepared layers was tested. Two principles were tested to increase conductivity. The first was the principle of adding substances as dopands into liquid polymeric solutions. The second method of sample preparation was the method of secondary treatment of already prepared layers of pure PEDOT:DBSA. All of prepared polymeric layers were characterize by two methods: four point probe and profilometry.
Low energy detached house
Šenovský, Tomáš ; Mrkos,, Dan (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of my bachelor thesis is making project documentation for new family house in low energy standard for 4 member family. The object is two-storey, without basement. Roof is double-pitched, main orientation of the object is to the south.
Nursery school in passive standard
Výtisk, Jiří ; Hudec, Mojmír (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
Subject of this diploma thesis is a new building of nursery school in passive standards. The school has two floors. On both floors there are build two classes, each for twenty children. Structure is based on strip foundations and load-bearing walls are made from sand-lime blocks. The horizontal load-bearing structures are from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. School has green flat roof and above atrium has sloped roof. The shape of building is made by three circle segments with different radius. Ventilation of the building is ensured by heat recovery ventilation unit. Project is situated into an urban area of Brno, nearby the city center, on brownfield plot.
Kindergarten in the passive standard
Niesner, Daniel ; Mrkos,, Dan (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of my bachelor thesis is making project documentation for future construction of kindergarten in the passive standard. The object is single-storey, without basement, capacity of this object is 50 children and 4 members of personal. Floor plan of the object is in a shape of letter L under angle 105°, main orientation of the object is to the south. Whole object is covered by low sloped rack roof with extensive green roof.
Efficiency test reference year for the evaluation and design of solar thermal system
Jelínek, Petr ; Milan, Palko (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis describes utilisation of test reference year for design and evaluation of solar thermal system. The evaluation was performed on a solar thermal system of a single-family house in Rapotice, Czechia. Long-term monitoring of the system as well as indoor and outdoor climate were performed there. Measured data were compared with test reference year and data in Meteonorm database. Selected boundary conditions of the solar thermal system were compared with numerical simulations in Polysun. The results of the comparison were statistically analysed. Results of the simulations utilizing test reference year were closer to the on-site measurements than dates from Meteonorm. Therefore it could be concluded that test reference year is the best database of climate data for design of solar thermal system in Czechia.
Low-energy block of flats
Veselský, Jaroslav ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to design a new low-energy residential building in the village Martínkov. Residential building is located on mostly flat land on the village periphery. The building has a basement, three floors. There are two apartments 4+KK on each above-ground floor. In the basement there are four separate garages for apartments´ residents and storage areas. The building is of brick masonry structural system Heluz, the flat roof is single ply covering. The external walls are designed with a contact insulation system. Drawings are processed in ArchiCAD 17.
Low energy house
Hlavica, Marian ; Mrkos,, Dan (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of my bachelor’s thesis is creation of project documentation of a new low-energy family house. The building is a two-storey building with no basement. It is of a rectangular shape. The whole structure is enclosed with double-pitched non-symmetrical roof.
Energy active house
Drlík, Tomáš ; Hudec, Mojmír (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of the thesis was to design an energy efficient system that uses a waste heat from the operation of distillery and helps to reach energetically active status (in conjunction with the newly designed photovoltaic panels, controlled ventilation with heat recovery and with proper design and material solution) to the newly created housing units. The need of heating is covered by using of waste heat and in the mode of economical (energy saving) operation of households, the photovoltaic panels on the surface produce more electricity than the households consume themselves.
Low-energy detached family house
Dokulil, Petr ; Hudec, Mojmír (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of documentation a low-energy detached family house in Račerovice. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislation and standards. The family house is located on plot number 786/12 in cadastre unit Račerovice. The house has two floors. Dimensions of the house are 12,40 x 9,65 m, dimensions adjacent garage are 7,30 x 4,80 m. The roof of the building is designed pitched roof, over the garage is flat roof. The house is performed from the system Porotherm. The basic construction are of plain concrete and the base concrete slab. The enclosed essay deals with floor.
