Implementation of the Civil Service Act with regard to the stability of the service relationship Abstrakt The thesis aims to descript and evaluate the Civil Service Act. Particular attention is paid to its implementation, as well as to compensating the state of government before the law takes effect, and finally to the partial more detailed treatment of Kazuistic examples. At work, I have set out to objectively, with the help of available resources and data, whether in practice the objectives of the Civil Service Act are being met, that is to de-politicise the civil service, increase transparency and stability of government, increase professionalisation, but also enhance the efficiency and performance of service offices. In the first chapter, in the context of those objectives, I set out working hypotheses that will be verified during the process of the thesis and confirmed or rejected at the conclusion of the work. For the purposes of this work, I defined three hypotheses: 1. The implementation of the Civil Service Act will increase the stability of State Government 2. Implementing the Civil Service Act will increase the expenditure on performing this service i.e. the civil service will be far more costly. 3. Zmapování současného využití bylin při tvorbě květinových vegetačních prvků v intravilánu sídel

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of herbs in the creation of floral vegetation elements in urban areas. It focuses on the evaluation of the use of flowers in ten selected greenery in the town of Rýmařov. The chapter named "Literary Review" provides an explanation of the basic concepts related to the issue. The chapter also deals with the theoretical basis for the creation of green passport and the problems of types of plant vegetation. In the practical part, the passports of the ten selected objects were first created and the data obtained was evaluated. All floral vegetation elements were further evaluated in the buildings.

Current government support for social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with social enterprise in the Czech Republic and its state aid. It focuses on the description of state aid decisions, affecting the operation of social enterprises in the Czech Republic. Briefly describes the characters of the civil sector organizations and symbols of social enterprises, including their differences, and identifies other possible legal forms for social enterprises. Based on the selected documents are in the thesis specification of groups of disadvantaged people in the labor market. The research work was part of the method of semi- structured interviews with selected social entrepreneurs and the results of qualitative research contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives of thesis. The conclusion summarizes the various findings.

ERM II systém a ČR

Práce se zabývá otázkou připravenosti České republiky na přijetí jednotné měny euro, respektive otázkou připravenosti na vstup do mechanismu směnných kurzů ERM II (Exchange rate mechanism). Zabývá se historií evropské měnové integrace a ustanovením Maastrichtských konvergenčních kritérií a jejich dodržováním. V rámci konvergenčních kritérií hodnotí na základě Konvergenční zprávy dosavadní výsledky plnění kritérií jak Českou republikou tak ostatními členskými státy, které usilují o vstup do ERM II. Dále rozebírá mechanismu ERM II jak z historického hlediska, tak z procedurálního hlediska a také z pohledu zemí, které se tohoto mechanismu již zúčastnily a nebo jsou právě jeho součástí. Snaží se nastínit možná rizika, která by mohla vyplynout z pobytu koruny v tomto mechanismu, jakožto mechanismu fixování zúčastněné měny na euro v rámci tzv.fluktuačního pásma
